Barbara Pittman, LCSW is a Registered Play Therapist- Supervisor and has worked with many children using the modality. She has gone the extra mile and can also supervise RPT-aspiring therapists.
Stephanie Strouth, LPC has been registered to supervise residents since 2021 and has experience in working with many disorders but specializes in trauma.

We identify certain areas we need to cover and also work freely as cases arise. Material covered could also depend on whether you are completing your supervision in our office or in another business.

We feel that a supervisee must be teachable meaning they have a positive attitude toward receiving feedback and apply what they learn. We also believe they should have a basic understanding of the applicable code of ethics or a strong moral compass.

Supervision can be offered virtually. We mostly provide individual supervision, but if there was enough interest, we would consider groups as well.

The exam requires a certain way of thinking that is different than how you think clinically. We would notice the moments each comes up. While I do not specialize in the exam, I can recommend a program that helped me pass my first time that has a money back guarantee. We can also review content from that course to help you prepare.
