  • We do not accept insurance for couple's/family counseling services.

  • For two participants, we charge a rate of $120. For each additional family member present in session, we charge an additional $10/person. This is due to additional emotional energy expended and more administrative costs having additional participants.

  • While there is talking in therapy, your therapist will help you identify goals and guide you toward those goals through personal growth.

  • We believe a connection with your therapist is crucial to your success in therapy. If you don't feel comfortable, we're happy to pair you with another therapist at our office.

  • Yes, all sessions are confidential. We adhere to strict confidentiality policies and legal requirements to protect your privacy; however, there are some exceptions mostly surrounding your and others' safety. Please ask us if you have additional concerns.
