  • We identify certain areas we need to cover and also work freely as cases arise. Material covered could also depend on whether you are completing your supervision in our office or in another business.

  • We will offer guidance in ethical practices, clinical approaches, and helpful mindsets to avoid burnout. We take a positive approach pointing out strengths and use those to help with areas of improvement.

  • We feel that a supervisee must be teachable meaning they have a positive attitude toward receiving feedback and apply what they learn. We also believe they should have a basic understanding of the applicable code of ethics or a strong moral compass.

  • Supervision can be offered virtually. We mostly provide individual supervision, but if there was enough interest, we would consider groups as well.

  • The exam requires a certain way of thinking that is different than how you think clinically. We would notice the moments each comes up. While I do not specialize in the exam, I can recommend a program that helped me pass my first time that has a money back guarantee. We can also review content from that course to help you prepare.
